Led by Prashant Prakash Udas, a highly experienced trainer and consultant with 25 years of experience in Automobile Industry as a Training Specialist, relationship management. With a background in both Mechanical Engineering and MBA marketing, Prashant has worked as a Senior Training Consultant and freelance trainer for various technical and soft skills programs in the automobile industry, earning accolades for his expertise.

ABOUT ME

Prashant Prakash Udas is a professional trainer with 25 years of experience in automobile industry in Sales, Relationship Management and Training. He has done MBA Marketing with Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career with Chowgule Industries Ltd.(MSIL dealership in Pune) as Sales Consultant and was promoted to Team Leader in quick time. Later, he moved to Hero Mind Mine as Associate Relationship Manager, opened multiple large accounts for the organization in this position in regards with training. After Hero Mind mine he joined Strategic Learning Solutions (SLS) as senior trainer handling training pan India for various leading Automobile Manufacturers like MSIL, Toyota,Vw,Mercedes Benz India Ltd, TVS, Yamaha and many more.

At present, he has his own training and placement company  Eureka Training Consultants. He is also associated as Senior Training Consultant with many OEM’s and also as a faculty in various MBA Colleges for Marketing specialization subjects.

ABOUT ME

Ashwini Prashant Udas is a professional trainer with 18 years of experience in automobile industry in Sales, Relationship Management and Training. She has done MBA Hr with Bachelors degree in Commerce. She started her career with Elite Thermal Electronics as sales consultant. Later, She moved to Chowgule Industries as Associate Relationship Manager, opened multiple large accounts for the organization in this position in regards of sales. After Chowgule she worked in Amdocs MNC in Customer relation.

At present, She is associated with many Corporate , Schools and institutions as a soft skills trainer. Her main domain area of training is stress management, behavioral and communication skills.
